9 consecutive AFC West championships for Andy. Played in 6 consecutive AFC championship games. Played in 4 out of 5 last Superbowls. Won 3 Superbowls in last 5 years and most importantly they identified Patrick Mahomes in the draft and moved up 15 draft picks to get him. No other coach identified Mahomes. Andy is paid the highest because he deserves it. His players love playing for him more than any other NFL coach. Andy's contract says he must be the highest paid coach in the NFL until the day he retires.
