So if I'm guessing correct the reason you made this is to have a larger fuel transport capacity but at the same time when you are forced to fight you can essentially jettison them and fight normally.

That's how drop tanks are supposed to work IRL for long-distance dogfighting

You get about 23% more range (Considering a lightning with 2X TC-400 VS lightning + skylark),but *DO NOT RELY ON THIS TO INCREASE COMBAT TIME*, if you jettison you still lose fuel, the game keeps the fuel levels on all tanks equal.

Attach 2*2 Ammo Compartments. They explode upon impact.
