I just ordered one of the 3D controllers, I sure hope it makes my brew day easier. I chose the RIMS version with the Rims-rocket as I thought it would give the best control over the mash temps and be easier to operate. High Gravity answered all my questions and were super nice.

I will second the request for a link but I found your site with the help of Dr Google. Can you recommend which of the two ECB-SV 120 or 240 volt is better for the typical home brewer? 110 lines are more typically available in the home setting.
