The AcePro camera has really good stabilization and image quality. The audio was noticeably better than the other camera. Gonna get me one and not waste my time and money with a GoPro. Another really good Shlog, thanks Morgan!

Pro tip (not for Morgan of course): if you should happen to scratch a piston a little while installing circlips, have a little jewler file and very fine grit emory cloth handy. You can carefully file down any proud material and polish the damage up with the emory cloth. The most important factor is to not leave any raised material that will damage a cylinder wall.

Another great shlog, someday maybe teardown of the new powervalve. Camera clarity at the end is great and mic sounds good.

Great Shlog, as usual!!! I like the fact that you can use the ERM as a scan tool on more than one machine. Definitely increases its value.

Great shlog as always and I have had so many arguments on installing a slightly thicker base gasket than what came off... been doing that for years and always have excellent success. Thank you for solidifying that good method. As for the new camera, I can't wait to find a better, more reliable camera than my NoGo camera, you cannot rely on GoPro's at all.

Cool stuff, just got my ERM and medium head from SB, but dang if I can’t get that idle screw out, been working it for 3 hours…hope the TSP and ERM work with the stick idle screw in there.

On my ktm 125 sx i was able to put the c clips on with just my fingers. I practiced like 15 minutes on the old piston so I wouldnt scratch the new one and then it was super easy

quick question why does a 2 stroke use a wrist pin bearing and 4 strokes don't?
@highlandcycles Жыл бұрын
Oil. 2T bikes don’t get a ton of lube up there because oil is in gas. 4T bikes get oil everywhere

I wonder if people are putting too thin of base gasket on it so that's causing it to hit.
@highlandcycles Жыл бұрын
That wouldn't lower the piston
@onthethrottle7104 Жыл бұрын
That's what the guy says on the Pinit site but that guy has no clue what he's talking about. The piston would still be in the same position clearance wise.

@@onthethrottle7104Wrong, that’s not what he’s saying at all. HIS bike had too small of a base gasket and factory tolerances are trash.

The piston issue is the thickness of the skirt on the inside of the piston at the bottom. I would get measurements on the skirt to solve the mystery gang.
