You are very welcome :) This was the second session of the day and the cinema was almost sold out. So maybe 200 people for this showing. I don't know how many were at the earlier session... Clancy made his escape pretty quick, though I did get to have a few words with him as he was trying to lose the crowds vying for his attention lol. He really really didn't want to talk to the fans at that point. I got the impression he was just fed-up and wanted to be somewhere else. Christopher and Celia stuck around signing autographs and chatting for a short while - they were swamped with fans so I didn't stick around. It was a good evening. I love the Prince Charles Cinema for putting on these old movies and running events like this.

@@xScooterAZx after watching a few other interviews with Clancy Brown I think you are fair in defending him. He seems like a great guy one on one or in small group settings. What the general public doesn't seem to recognize is that all public situations are in fact dangerous on a few levels for any celebrity. Especially one like Clancy who has played the bad guy they are vulnerable to crazies who want to start a fight or get into some sort of situation when they cannot distinguish the movie character from the human being who played them. I am sure he has been in more than a few public settings where people thought they were going to punch the kurgan in the nose and get it on video or some other bizarre thought process. This and no matter how many autographs you sign or selfis you take there will be more wanting something. Maybe it is better to disappoint them all then do something that would otherwise negatively affect your image. It doesn't sound like he had any kind of security to watch his back. And sometimes people just need to take a leak or have some other pressing engagement. I am jealous you got the chance to get to know him in person but the way.

I dearly wish that someone would poke the offending owner of the soundtrack score recordings composed by Michael Kamen and make a comprehensive CD and/or downloadable FLAC release of them. t's depressingly difficult to get hold of the official score recordings for many 80s films for some reason - it's all the more depressing in this case because the Hinghlander score is so damn good and there are so few of Michael Kamen's to be had due to his early death.

@@thebenforever Christopher Lambert was never an A-list celebrity. He definitely had a cult following for the Highlander movies. It wouldn't surprise me if giving him Christopher Lambert a writing credit on the movie was what made him willing to actually do the second one. It's Not Unusual in Hollywood to give a actor a writing or producing credit in order to rope them into a project. I'm glad Clancy didn't do the second one what kind of gymnastics what they have had to do in order to get him after dying in the first one to be alive for the second one? It would have been another prequel type backstory of some kind that would have just muddy the waters in my opinion. The second one was enough hodgepodge begin with. Clancy was perfect in the first one he didn't need to come back.

@@leodwinak bringing anyone back is easy enough if they are a big enough audience draw (especially as cheesy as the second one was). Idk. Either way glad it didnt happen. Lol
