Genuinely think this content should be on tv. The production value and engaging narrative is as good as as you get, but authentic. Deserves the big screen. Reach out to some production companies

I first did the NC500 route in 1992 so in my head, I invented the road trip... Skye for three days then up to Ullapool. Stopped in Kylesku for a fuel top-up (pumps long gone) then crossed the bridge which was amazing. The bridge and Kylesku Hotel has drawn me back for the last five years and I'm booked in again for three nights this summer. The trip down the East coast is also wonderful. I bought your book as a Christmas present to me... It's wonderful xx

This brought back memories when I was their with my family in 1998. I was able to video the steam train over the viaduct. We were staying in a rented house in Arisaig and saw the steam train up close in Mallaig. At the time we lived on the Black Isle near Culbokie and I worked in Inverness at the new store of Tesco. Nearly went to live near Aviemore at another new Tesco store. Love Aviemore, been back many times. As a photographer I have toured daily to many Highland locations. Now living in Norfolk good to see your travels.

Great vlog again guys and sorry you lost your Glasses Campbell. I'd be furious with myself . That drone footage of your Van looked pretty cool but really high. I've not plucked the courage up yet to try the follow me from my drone yet while in the van but I need to try it soon. We did the Isle of Skye a few years ago in a hire van. Loved it and look forward to seeing your trip around it. Keep it up guys and stay safe :-)

Hagrids house was built on the hill next to the Clachaig Inn. Looked amazing until you went upto it and it was just scaffolding with a front. We parked for a night and woke in the morning to see we were a few miles from Glenfinnan. Decided to visit on spur of the moment. Walked up to the view point and it was packed with Asian tourists so we kept walking. 10 minutes later we realised what they were waiting on and went back just in time to see the Jackobite Express (Hogwart express) crossing. Followed the walkway all the way to the Glenfinnan station and down the other side to the monument at the bottom. Steam loco felt like it was alive, snorting animal. Hairs on the back of my neck stood on end. Hope you've stayed safe in this wind.

Have I mentioned I'm reading thru Hamish Macbeth stories? Oft noted are the sudden weather changes, esp. rain and clouds and mist. (It's not fog you know, it's mist.) Speaking of Campbell lookalikes, someone matches exactly the description of Hamish Macbeth. 😄😄 Gemma doubles down on her Cloud 9 jammies. Comfy is as comfy does. (I'm wearing a similar robe as I write.)

On a few rivers here they have a cable car that you have to pull across by hand. Question. I didn't see it in this video, but I often see you putting a steering wheel/brake pedal lock and a vehicle tire lock on your RV. Are things really that bad in Scotland? Safe travels
