Just a classic case of "don't start something you can't finish" as in, someone without the basic cardio for a 25 minute mma fight that doesnt always require you to be on your feet should be cautious going 12 rounds with a very experienced relentless boxer. Boxer are extremly fit and extremly trained, but we all know that the worlds best boxer wouldn't last 1 round with a low rank MMA fighter in the octogon. All down to submission. The fact that a MMA fighter can last 10 rounds in boxing match but a boxer would struggle one round in MMA says alot about the sport. I love boxing, but when it comes to using the human body to its full potential, MMA is the sport to watch.
