All the recordings contradict AH's psychologist and support Dr Curry. There is no way around it. What the jury has to decide is if the article damaged JD's work. Tbh, I don't think this should be just about his contract deals; she has effed up his reputation and no one should get away with that kind of thing. The recordings also support that she started all the fights and that, if anything, he was self-defending from her. I don't see why that would mean that he is an abuser.

The ACLU representative has testified that emails and texts were exchanged about the wording of the op-ed. Drafts had references leaning towards JD. One side or the other suggested those references be removed to tone it down. The ACLU rep made it clear that in those first drafts they were sided towards the abuser being JD. Nuff said...

The marriage counsellor took Amber's word as is. Never questioned it. However, she said on one occasion Amber had an injury under her eyes. We need to know the date of that injury and to know if it matches any of the photos she presented. On the other hand only Amber and her lawyers know why the meta data of their evidence has been tampered with and they're not co-operating with full discovery.

The point that Amber's psychologist was completely dissected during cross-examination was not mentioned here. First of all, she lied, which was her merit for her expert opinion. From $100 it went up to $500 an hour. Then she was completely anti-male and absolutely partisan. All she said was just hearsay from Amber and still spoke of Depp as the perpetrator, even though she didn't speak a word with him. Furthermore, she generates 50% of her income from such testimonies. That's how she earns her money. She doesn't seem to have dealt with this case properly either. She needed notes and was constantly reading. She was absolutely unbelievable. There is an audio in which Amber announces everything we see in the court at the moment. It is a threat against Depp. Among other things, she also says how she will use make-up in her favor.

I think the English court case took heard at her word going on her testimony in this case it's easy to see how exaggerated it is, Dr. Curry is an expert in PTSD and Hughes is not, and during the cross-examination Hughes looked pretty wobbly and came across as bios towards men, whereas Dr. Curry was pin perfect in her testimony and cross-examination was solid

6:41 I for one take issue with the fact that people expect police officers, especially in LA, to take notes of cases where (in their opinion) clearly nothing happened. As the officers say, they have been to hundreds of domestic disputes. If they had to take notes of every case they went to, and keep the notes, and make records as to why they kept the notes, they would hardly have time to be on the streets. And also, why take notes? What should they write in their notes that isn't literally covered in their police call? "Went to this address, saw nothing wrong, case closed at this time".

Compare Isaac Barush’s emotions versus Amber Heard’s emotions on the stand. With your eyes closed, try NOT to hear the actual words but listen to the emotion IN the words. Did you have a visceral reaction? If you did, WHO was speaking? Isaac or Amber? When someone shares a strong emotion, I can feel that emotion being mirrored in my body’s visceral reaction to it. I had that reaction with Isaac’s testimony. I felt his joy when Johnny was happy with Amber. I felt his love for Amber when she made his friend so happy. I felt his pain when he saw them fighting. EVERY time Isaac displayed an emotion, my body felt that same emotion. Visceral reactions from Amber’s emotional testimony? NONE.

Either way, I doubt she'll have much of a career after this considering over 4 million people want her out of Aquaman 2 enough to sign a petition, which implies that they'll skip the film (and her other films, as some people have said so). The studio basically said they didn't want to take her out because they said they don't want to keep bending to the fans (after the SnyderCut nonsense). I know a lot of regular people like me dislike Amber based on the actual wrong she's done, but it'll be ironic if the fanboys who'd bombarded them over an alternate cut of a movie (who tend to be misogynists by nature) will be the reason why Amber isn't cut from the film, because I believe they might have been more willing if they hadn't gone to all the effort and cost for the SnyderCut of a still-mediocre film.
