They are literally.I think they are better this year rather than they were last year and they won the National championship.The only that I think can beat them is Houston and Purdue everybody else Connecticut will stop them

It's amazing they have 3 players leave for the nba and have a better season this year.

Uconn plays like they've been there and done that. Because they have. Add in a brilliantly constructed roster and you have a wagon..

Donovan Clingan will make a mistake opting for the NBA, he’s not ready for the big leagues. Newton, a PG, is averaging more rebounds than him. Unacceptable.
@IRllyDoThis10 ай бұрын
lol you are insane. Just because he was in foul trouble today doesn’t mean he isn’t a lottery pick. I want him to come back more than anything but he is ready for the league
@misterdrummings10 ай бұрын
I would definitely love to have him back for another year. We'll see what happens, but I suspect he'll return. He was in foul trouble for stretches of the game but he greatly impacts so many games, and you have to think- he blocked 4 shots, and grabbed 5 rebounds playing only 19 minutes today.

UConn does it the right way. Develops players & plays as a team.

The weakness in Donovan Clingan' game is his strength and stamina. His tools are evident he has good hands and feet. He hits 3's in practice and foul shooting should improve he has a good stroke. People forget how little college ball he's actually played. But if you know the game then you should know he is one of the most impactful players in the country.

Did these announcers call the game the same way for St Johns? My God, you would think someone died everytime UConn scored and this video shows it

lol you a little slow one. This video is made from the UConn team. You won’t see any St. John’s highlights here. Use your brain.

official account highlights should have far better video quality than this, especially for a team this special.
@justinpolaris532410 ай бұрын
It’s a live broadcast that then has to be compressed and uploaded to KZbin. Not much they can do about it, the broadcast is optimized for tv, not for KZbin clips. 🤷🏻♂️

@@justinpolaris5324yea ig thats true if you use the most basic source video/audio without making an effort. There's literally multiple other YT accounts with highlights for the same exact game with clearly better audio and video bitrate. Whats their big secret?

Much as I hate Pitino, I give him credit for the game plan here. He wanted to win this one bad. UCONN did not play well defensively though, and that's why they kept failing to put this one away. They'll need to work on their D if they want to repeat.

St John’s came into this game playing the best basketball all year. But UConn played a little better. UConn better find their defense or they aren’t going far.

Basketball players are so soft now-a-days that even college ballers dont put in any effort on the tip off. Pathetic!
@markforan481210 ай бұрын
Listening to the announcers rationalize Pitino’s childish rant about his own players was nauseating.
@stephenmauriellomortgage10 ай бұрын
Then only claim to fame that St John’s roster will have, was the fact they were coached to 20 wins by the great Rick Pitino. The Pitino name is synonymous with college basketball, meanwhile that St John’s roster will be forgetting in a month. Rather than embracing the opportunity to be coached by a legend, they had to be justifiably humiliated in the media. Typical soft, entitled, NIL Gen Z wastes of space.
