I will admit that I initially thought it was a publicity stunt only. I stand corrected; his round of 65 shows that he still has it. Way to go, AK!!

I watched the entirety of his last two rounds and I've gotta say the dude can putt. He is fearless on the greens, leaves almost no putts short, and is money from 10 feet and in. Most of his big scores are coming from poor tee shots and being out of position. You can tell by some of his abbreviated follow throughs that he just isn't comfortable yet with the driver or most of his longer clubs. That being said, if the way he played his final round is any indication of what's to come I think we might be seeing AK work his way up the leaderboard in the near future.

@@SiLoMixMasteryeah and no. Depends on how good you are and what you're looking for. IMO, if you just started playing golf, don't even consider it. When you actually learn how to hit the middle of the club and not hit it 100 yards offline, go for it. If you find a fair fitter, they usually waive the fitting fee if you buy from them.

Absolutely extraordinary performance and turnaround displayed by Anthony Kim, after pretty much looking like a hacker weekend golfer over in Saudi Arabia. If he can continue to consistently play at a world class level, he should continue to be given a playing spot on the roster by LIV Golf.

From what I heard he was in a really bad accident. Several parts of his body and face were completely crushed. He had multiple surgeries which left visible scars. He was barely able to move or talk properly for a long time which led him down a spiral of drinking until he met his now wife. Once he became physically able to fully swing a club (about three years ago) he started to play up to once a week while teaching his wife how to play. Once Greg found out about two years ago he contacted AK and tried to help him make a full comeback. I can't wait to hear AK's version of the story! He's one of my all time favourite golfers to watch and I've been a huge fan since I started playing golf in 2008.
