I would think Spence do make subtle adjustments that just don't seem apparent from spectator perspective but he does and very effectively from opponent to opponent. You may look but you cant see. People say he does not have variety but he does and it takes getting in there with him to see who is the one in the driving seat. He certainly has the conviction to stay ontop all his opponents. Maybe someone can counter him effectively but question is WHO is it that will come along to do that and make himself invisible from the earl's view. The earl casts his net so skillfully.
