I understand its hard for Bud to get super excited after the win, because the journey has been arduous. Navigating the business, let alone opponents. He is so humble, he doesn't let his emotions get the better of him. I wouldn't be surprised if he shed a few tears once he was on his own after conquering this dream. Well done Bud. You are a true gentleman & role model. A model champion.

I agree with you. Not only could he not get any of the big names but he was disrespected for many years by fighters that wouldn’t fight him but casual fans were blaming him for not fighting the big names. The rewards Bud is getting are well overdue and 💯% earned. I’ve been a fan of Bud since he came here to the UK and boxed Ricky Burns. His humility and his character has never become anything egotistical or arrogant. Since that back stage banter with Errol, we’ve been waiting for that fight, and in a weird way it’s a shame one had to lose. You’ve always been special in my circle of friends in Liverpool, UK. ❤

But also if you look at his balance. He doesn’t rely on leaning forward a ton like spence does. (And many other fighters) He can throw shots from any posture/position and shift his weight effectively. Many fighters, even high level ones have certain habitual movement patterns that cause them to be in bad positions from time to time whereas Crawford doesn’t. He is extremely fundamentally sound yet people were saying Spence is more fundamentally sound

You've never trained a day in your life and it shows. Once your body is in shape boxing is 70% mental imagine Spence surviving a 80 mph crash it's safe to say mentally he was scarred its easy for us to say "get over it" we've never almost died like that. His coaches said "he was never the same after that" Spence even said "I am not the same man I was" I am not taking anything away from Crawfords skills I'm just pointing out elementary facts Spence was a shell of a man Crawford didn't fight a 100% Spence and that's a shame. If I was Crawford I wouldn't take the win like he is. He killed a dying lion not a prime one
