I don't comment on videos often, but want to take a moment to highlight the quality of Jeff's videos. The ever expanding running creator scene is following a certain "come run every mile and see my mile splits with me", but Jeff's videos highlight the simplicity and beauty of running. Thanks Jeff.

Thumbs up for Audrey! It looked like a refreshingly low-key, down to Earth race, which are still important amid all the bigger ones with all the international hype.

Congrats Audrée on your race and by now probably Happy Birthday. I really like the new "Time on Feet series, it's a great evolution from the training diaries. Especially interspersing the short interviews distinguishes it.

Nice work Audrée as spokesperson this time! Jeff, hope the tendonitis gets easily remedied. And no kidding you've had a warm spring, I was surprised by the lack of snow topped mountains in the background of one shot!

Man Audree after the 50K race looks like she's about to start it. It's also nice to see her trying different shoe brands. I like Salomon and have some of their stuff but their narrow shoes don't work for everyone so its nice to hear what she thinks of other brands. Common Salomon, make some wide toebox options, not everyone likes their toes squished!

I've decided Canadians and Aussies have vastly different ideas of what is considered 'warm' weather 😀
@JeffPelletier7 ай бұрын
Hehe. It’s all about what you’ve had time to condition your body for though. We often get ‘surprised’ by warm weather after training in the cold all winter/spring.

I have about 25 miles on my pair of Sylans. Such a unique shoe, kind of firm-ish cushion, huge rocker, premium n materials but I find a bit of a lack of lateral stability for technical stuff. Have to be very very sure footed on those tech sections.
@audreelafreniere22587 ай бұрын
Agreed, would not be my first pick for a very technical trail.
