Highlights from the Backyard Ultra

In sporting news, the first ever Falklands Backyard Ultra kept local runners busy last Saturday. The endurance race challenged the participants not only with a long run but also with some tough weather conditions. The Backyard Ultra has raised about £1000 for the Stephen Jaffray Memorial Fund. We went down to see took up the challenge.
