There seems to be an air of positivity around building this team up with the future at the forefront of everyones minds, without being reckless and just throwing all the lambs to the slaughter at once. Keeping a few old heads around was needed, also I think Sam is playing better without the captaincy, but then I could be one eyed there, as I still have a soft spot for him. Either way, I think we’re looking good for the future as a team, and the only shortfall I see ahead of us, is if Aus don’t pull their finger out, or South Africa don’t come back to the Rugby Championship.

As a Bok fan I think Cam Roigard will be the best AB since Ben Smith. He has such a good rugby brain. No modern day Bok 9 comes even close to him. I see him as an AB Joost van der Westhuizen. The ref was wearing Green. Ireland were allowed to infringe constantly and the Barrett yellow was a disgrace.

I agree. Several high tackles and hands in the ruck and slowing down in the ruck were overlooked for the green but nz came back swinging and won. This is why you should never rule out the AB's 😊. Also that penalty for Jordie was ridiculous and yet when one of the Irish players high tackled with no hands they were only penalized. No card or anything and that was worse.

ireland is a one trick pony. only thing keeping them was there lame attempt to spoil the rucks so all blacks couldn't get quick ball. there golden era is over. gap will widen each year.

Ireland played an awful negative spoiling brand of rugby. A stronger Ref would have had at least 6 of them in the bin for continual cynical play ! Well done Nz you were a good 30 points better team.
