Football is a tough sport. Georgia is just starting. It will get better for them if they keep pushing and trying. Wales was disappointed to lose two-nil to France recently, but France is a top team, yet only got two. The US got Bronze in the Olympics yet had just won their fourth World Cup. Fresh team or number one ranked, anyone can be on the losing side of a rout.

Basically yes. Women's football in Georgia is at a very early stage in it's development and there priority at international level right now is simply getting a team together. Georgian FA is doing great work at grass roots and hopefully the foundations this team is laying will lead to a more competitive Georgian team in time

@@ilikeducks1174 Just replace Georgia with almost any of the lowest 100 teams. Its a shame that they have to play top teams , in a Qualifying game, but thats the system. Anyway , the Nations league starts up in September .All the teams are in divisions with similar teams.
