@@jaystrong719 problem with KCP is threefold : 1. He is not big enough physically to play imposing tough physical defense 2. He is not strong enough to match up against stronger wings like Luka or Kwahi and thus the opposition will milk KCP all night long. 3. KCP hasn't played in playoffs especially in games like semi-finals and finals. He hasn't faced that kind of pressure, that kind of physicality and that kind of second to second focus that's required for those moments. Which is why I think KCP will crumble in playoffs. JR will not because he has played more than a 100 such games..he knows exactly what's required and has also delivered in those moments.

@@jaystrong719 that's an ideal situation. However the easiest move during playoffs is to create a pick and pop or pick and roll situation. To prevent this the defense switches. Example - say KCP is guarding Pat Beverley and Danny Green is guarding Kwahi. Kwahi will come and set a pick on KCP and then roll towards the basket while Pat will set a pick on Danny and then pop to shoot a three. If KCP and Danny don't switch their assignments Kwahi gets free and Pat gets free. So what will end up happening is that KCP will end up guarding Kwahi and Danny will end up guarding Patrick Beverly. The mismatch to exploit in this situation is KCP on Kwahi. Trust me if KCP starts, Doc Rivers will run this move over and over and win the game. What will need to happen is that if JR plays the starting five he can guard both Kwahi and Pat Beverly.
