Then he wonder why he’s apologizing often. Zions weight while playing isn’t the issue. His injuries aren’t weight related. He may need to add more water , less this and that. He gets a lot of hamstring issues and tissue injuries. Weight isn’t the problem. He only gains weight when he isn’t playing basketball. Which is when injured.

SAS ain't lying. I was suffering from high blood pressure and panic attacks at 6 feet😢 and 270 lbs. From February until now, I've completely changed my lifestyle. Zero processed foods, no more fast foods unless it's grilled chicken and salad. I went mostly to plant based. I overloaded my system with fruits and vegetables raw and juiced. I exercise by taking 10,000 + steps at least 5 days per week, and I lift weights at least 25 to 40 minutes at least 5 to 6 times a week. I've lost 60 lbs since February. People are shocked by my weight loss. I feel absolutely great, and I don't ever see myself stopping because it's an all natural weight loss and lifestyle change. Be consistent and make the changes.

I was lucky to understand that young. I’ve been working out since I was 19, I’m 29 now and while my peers are starting to feel the effects of aging I’m out here with motion. Don’t play with your health people, it’s all we got. Another piece of advise I would recommend is to start doing cold plunges! That’s the next level shit that literally slows down aging.
