@@samiam6904 - Finally! For a long time he didn’t contribute anything in games, and then all of a sudden he got into a groove the last couple of weeks. And his first goal against NYFC was stolen by the AR, who called the ball out of bounds on Acosta’s assist to Brenner. The ball clearly landed on the line though, and the ref inexplicably didn’t review it.

Fun game to watch, Borrero and petro are by far the 2 best signings we’ve seen in a while. Unlucky Kessler OG, La Pantera brilliant header, that’s the bou we need. Unfortunately we throw a 2-1 lead at home YET AGAIN. Fair result, refs made some interesting callls both ways. Let’s march into NYC!💙❤️💙

It may feel like we dropped another 2 valuable points, but I’d say it was once again a fair draw. Many of the boys performed admirably today. Wilf and Maciel stepped up in the pivot for the most part. Though it still seems like Wilfrid doesn’t have the stamina to play a full 90. Which is kind of worrisome. Moving on, there was some very clean moments in attack again. And when we add Vrioni, I think we could be putting 3-4 past every keeper once again. Nice to see Kess, Seba, and Brandon back from injury. All performed very well. Seba with another assist on a truly brilliant Borrero finish. He is an absolute MONSTER and pretty much everything we could have hoped for. Starting to draw the fouls similar to Tajon as well. Great job Bruce👏🏻👏🏻. What a player. Petro with another top class performance, including THAT save against Vasquez. Wow, just wow. That moment reminds me so much of Matt’s pen save against RSL. I think this could be that moment for Djordje where everyone realizes he’s the real deal if they hadn’t already come to that conclusion. Ema with another assist and La Pantera with the sly near post header. Lovely stuff!! Unfortunate to drop the points again, but I like that Bruce has gone for all 3 consistently. The momentum we manage to pull at the end of matches, especially at home is something we have been and should be using. Having the ability to pin back opposition that are also looking for a winner is a huge show of our strength. Just need to find the late goals now. NYCFC next week, let’s go again for 3!!!! GO REVS!!!!!!!

I can't say that Cincy didn't play well, but they only came away with a point due to a mistake made by a teenager. Tico should have got that ball away much quicker and not tried to control it with three players around him like that. However, he is a teenager and is still growing so it's hard to put too much on him, and he did have a fairly decent shift other than that. Vrioni needs to get here soon because Jozy just isn't working out. And sooner or later one of these officials is going to toss him a yellow for diving in the box because he does it once every single game. Feels the slightest bit of a touch and goes doing looking for a pen, but he's twice the size of the guy who's touching him FFS! Man up Jozy! One of these days it will be a legit pen and you probably won't get it because you flop to much. Two things I would like to point out, aside from how good it is to see the boys starting to get back into shape (too many were out injured at the same time). 1). As you pointed out Andrew they pushed for the 3 points and kept the pressure on Cincy to a crazy degree at the end which is a great sign. 2). actually goes back to last weeks game but THAT is how you play on the road. They went to Vancouver and played as if they were in Gillette. They attacked and went for all 3 and at the end of the game they really pushed for the 3, much like this game. To many teams sit there in a shell as if they suddenly have no concept how to play because they are not in their own stadium. YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES! Play your style regardless of what stadium you are in FFS. Stop being cowards just because you are on the road.

The header deflection off the shot to get it by the keeper, that was pretty nifty. The replay showed that ball was moving fast and not much time to get set up on it.

Hard to believe that they didn't show (1) the injuries shortly before half time, and (2) the Cincy defender tackling Altidore in the box around 85:00. Fireworks after the game were a nice touch.

Fix your MF'ing logo MLS!! FCC has quietly became a dark horse in the East..Are they legit contenders? Maybe not yet, but wouldn't be shocked if they take a high profile scalp along the way. Glad to see the Revs supporters showing up, be awesome if the league could have soccer specific stadiums for N.E and NYCFC. 2 of our biggest markets and most times the optics suck.
