This country has failed many people from government, through the courts, through police behaviour and in immigration so for me she sounds like a breath of fresh air I value freedom above all else.

Glad for her. Her Yoruba siblings here said the Igbos should not participate in Lagos politics. I wonder how they feel seeing their sister participate in another country's politics.

She can participate in the politics of a sane country and minds, especially when she don't undermine the indigenous people of that place. Back to Nigeria, Igbos can participate in Lagos politics as the law allows, but it's a NO ! if the Igbos try to undermine the original and indigenous people of Lagos(The Yoruba's). Its clear abuse to say "Lagos is a no-man's-land" as peddled by the Igbos. Will u take it if the saying was opposite ?

Your statement is the reason why the Yorubas and other tribes in Nigeria treat you that way because you ain’t seeing yourselves as patriotic citizens of the country, rather as igbos. And that why you see Kemi as Yoruba but not as a Nigerian. The igbos who see themselves as Nigerians and as Lagosians can hold political offices in Lagos like Jude Idimogu, Desmond Elliot etc. Kemi Badenoch has incorporated herself into the system and she is loyal to Britain 100%. The truth must be told,kemi wouldn’t have gotten that chance if it was here in Nigeria.and until we prioritize education in Nigeria nothing will change.the Brits are highly educated and that’s what makes the difference.a typical Youruba person will choose potable over Rhodes Gbadebo and then pray for inflation to be curbed.

slayer199 its easy if you have money to invest then you make money, and you leverage money also and you make dept so you can leverage money on assets to make more money the shortest possible time. but dont be proud as a lot of people understand those principles but dont have the money to start. its nothing extraordanary you have done, And most of all your Capitalism is not about big corporations only but small and medium sized businesses, which people forget about.
