These mile tracks are so cool. With so few left, I think it's really important to keep these tracks going. It's an awesome throwback to 1960s indycar racing

As a young kid I remember we would make the trip, from Oregon, to the 'Sacremento Mile' to watch the Champ Dirt Cars. So many open wheel legends in those lineups. I had no clue how lucky I was as a kid. I just wanted Mike Bliss to win. Even the year he wasn't there. 😆

These dirt miles need to be promoted better. It's good they're still remembering the old time greats like Ted Horn.

What a race I thought for sure as fast as Shane the chief Cockrum was running he'd get back up there he definitely had a fast ride and a Helluva wheelman passing on the outside in the loose stuff. Great run Chief.🤙🇺🇸🏁👍🇺🇸🏁

The grandstands looked awfully empty. No wonder there are so few Silver Crown races any more!

@@robbiddlecombe8392 Thanks for the update. It seems a shame to see so many of the tracks that are left, with nearly empty grandstands sometimes. I see the same here on the West Coast.
