Your club have a huge problem with an hooligan element with your supporters, hence the reported incidents, and the fact you've hadvto ban 11 of your own fans. I witnessed this myself at the Hendon game, where this guy standing with his young son attempted to get a security guard to "sort me out," His words. The Weymouth fans had been abusing a former player, but this person seemed offended that I shouted out towards the players that Torquay had done our job for us. The security guards presence inflamed the situation, although I never broke any laws and this guy looked like he was looking for trouble. The fans in the seats did shout a bit of abuse, but no malice was ever intended and it did calm down. The guy with his son disappeared and good riddance to him. I sense your fans do seem to think they can take over, despite being visitors, and football at this kevel isn't war. They should be grateful for other fans being there, and creating an atmosphere. I don’t know Weymouth, but going by the reports and what I saw, it sounds like a place to avoid. Your club has to deal with these individuals, because playing at National League or to biggest attendances will lead to club fines and hooliganism. In that Farnborough game, they abused their keeper and your own manager, so what does that say? A message to that guy with his son: You tried to get me kicked out, but you'd preferred a punch up, if it wasn't for the fact you might have got nicked.Well, you just looked like an idiot. Your son will wonder why you took him to a game and then became aggressive with a person innocently supporting his home side. If you were that bothered, you should have moved away. Next time, show a bit of maturity and set an example. I used to go to matches as a kid, taken by relatives, and so glad I never witnessed them arguing with people there. No wonder why this guy was standing well away from the rest of the Weymouth fans.
