There is NO easy way. You have to use a complex array formula. I have many, many videos on this topic. I will have a video later in this class, but it will only show the very basics. Hello, Thank you for all your videos, they are outstanding! I had a quick question. I have a Pivot Table which I am trying to use an IF function in. However, it is grouped. For example, Yr 2010 Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Yr 2011 Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Yr 2011 Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 I am trying to get my IF function to calcualte the total for Q4 only for 2010. I am using the IF by row ex, =IF(A1=B1, A1, 0) and at the end I would just add the total. But there are blanks under my years sections becuase it is a group. Plzz Help!
