No. "Functions" mean MATCH, DGET, VLOOKUP. "Features" are things like Animation or PivotTables.

Is it possible to use DGET to lookup values in a Database that is located on a separate sheet? MEaning that on one sheet I have the Fields that need to be filled in. One box as a DV list in it based off values located on the same sheet, but the other remaining field value need to be looked up on a separate sheet. Let me explain...on sheet 6 I have a listing of all Committees and I want to create a DV list on that sheet, that when a Committee is selected via a DV List, the remaining fields (Committee Code, Subcommittees (there will be multiple ones and I would like them to fill on subcommittee per cell downward), Majority, Minority and Subcommittee Code are filled in. Now these other values are located on the main subcommittee sheet. (Subcommittee Sheet). IS this possible with DGET or do I need to use another function?Also FYI the Subcommittee Sheet as the Committee Name and a name of a subcommittee on one row, there will be multiple instances of the Committee name and will repeat on each row for however many subcommittees it has.

I don't mean the drop down box you can select with your mouse. I mean after a cell value changes, it is as if the value appears in the individual cell from the top down.

When I asked about the animations (not functions) and you replied that these functions work in any version, I assumed you were answering my question on animations.. But for some reason referred to functions? I know what functions are. I assume animations are not in Excel 2010. Thanks good videos by the way!
