Why not flash tune it, you wont need the servo buddy, auto tune, pcv and expansion modules. They are dinosaur technology
@HeroRR6 жыл бұрын
I thought about a flash, but ultimately I knew that the flash wouldn't give me the best tune, I would need a dyno tune or an auto tune. There were no general maps for 0 ft sea level, arrow header akra slip K&N filter exhaust for the 08. And even if there was it wouldn't be perfect, since every bike is slightly different. In the future if I get another bike I will probably flash it though.

havent watched the video in full but i just wanted to say beautiful bike!! i used to own a 06 cbr 1000rr fireblade and with regearing along with some marchesini light wheel set really made a huge difference... consider upgrading the wheels if u want to really shave some weight off and reduce the rotating mass, which combined with regearing will make your cbr soo much more fun to ride and obviously faster top speed, or faster acceleration which is only exaggerated by regearing for even more!! acceleration is good for the twisties, and top speed turns the highways into my own personal track with midnight rides flying and i mean flying on down the road!! you will love it!! take care!! -P3T3R
@pete24p5 жыл бұрын
and please in addition get some frame sliders and lower fork sliders just to ease your mind if she were ever to get laid down by accident... those sliders are worth their weight in gold in my opinion and will surely save your plastics from getting torn up or off and scratched up keeping that baby looking perdy.... and some sliders even have threaded replacable ends so if u ever needed to replace them to keep that clean look you can easily just buy new end caps.... just speaking from experience i wish i had sliders when i lowsided my ducati 999r... cheers -P3T3

This is going to be great used buy when he decides to sell it. The reality is that none of that stuff adds value to the bike. 24,000 miles is a lot of miles on a sportbike. Yes it is a Honda. Yes with proper maintenance they do high miles. But the market is the market. That bike is worth 4500ish as it stands, at best. Which means the amount of money he put into the bike is worth more than the bike itself. This is why when I buy used bikes I always look for something like this where someone else puts the money into the bike and I don't have to pay for it. I am not hating or anything as it is a great looking bike but just speaking the truth. Love the channel! Keep up the vids.
