i'm nowhere smart enough to figure out the fl studio equivalent to do that. but those are pretty clear instruction, if you have logic pro X.

Fl studio users can probably just use gross beat with the AM preset to pull this off.

@@shadesong_ Maybe a bit too late, but I think he meant the 2 boxes on the left side of your window: the upper box has presets that say Empty, Basic 1, Basic 2, Basic 3, while the lower box has Empty, 2 Beat Gate, 1 Beat Gate, 1/2 Beat Gate, etc. On the second bottom row of presets of the lower box you have Sidechain, Drumloop, Copter, and AM.
