Meri fasting sugar 124 ya kabhi 121 aur kabhi 126 rehti hai post lunch normal means 124 126 aur kabhi 108 .mein buhat control bhi hoon .Kapive sugar Dia free juice bhi 2 times let hoon .puchna hai k fasting control nahin horahi hai. Kya karna chahiye. Medicine start karni padegi?

Diabetes starts basically from fatty liver and gall bladder so eating any type of beans is not advised. Similarly fried food also is not advised.
