Any tips for someone who is not really a beginner but not the BEST at badminton tryna get into the high school team 😭? I’ve tried out for my first two years of high school and i didnt get in one year because grades and soph year ig i wasnt “skilled enough”.

The ideal way would be to get some professional coaching. If that is not an option, then something close to it. Get a proficient friend to feed you shuttles and correct your technique. Watch Badminton Insight videos on technique, footwork, shots, and do the practices/exercises they recommend.
