It’s crazy how much difference exercise makes. I was coming out of a broken leg and a kidney surgery, missed a lot of school and barely had any social interaction. I was depressed but regular walks turned into runs, and it boosted my mood so much. I found this channel looking for tips for self improvement and I’ve really turned my life around and just ran a half marathon. Thanks man, keep up the great work!

You're so mature for your age man, a lot of these are realizations I learned much later than I should've. No time like the present to keep pushing forward in a positive direction though. I'll add just one more and that's realizing that nobody is ever going to care about you as much as you need to care about yourself to succeed. It's a very enlightening thing to realize that nobody is coming to save you and that you're on your own.

Longest I went without showering was give or take 8 months, roughly was 9 years old and wouldn’t brush my teeth or shower bc my parents ain’t care lmao, but remember boys hygiene is super important and go fluoride free

Longest I went without showering was about 3 days but that’s when I was like 9 years old and during quarantine we were home everyday not doing anything so I didn’t feel the need to shower but now I shower 1-2 times a day no matter what I do that day

My guy. Your trying to tell me that you didnt shower for 7 years. That is not true. There is no way anybody could live like that. After about that much time you get extremely prone to diseases and bacteria and it can come to the point where a mere cut can be deadly due to the weakness of your immune system. It can also lead to severe depression as you will most definitely have severe depression from not having friends due to your bad body odour. You should really think before sending comments like these as there are people who are forced to live without showers for their whole lives and would die to get a drop of water.

@@TedHeaps I had like 2 or 3 showers a year, that’s basically nothing. I was the weird kid, but now I got that igene is key, and yes, that means that I took 21 (more or less, probably less) in 7 years. it itched but I tought it was just cuz I was allergic n shi, it was not. I showered daily since. I do not mean to hate on you, but that’s probs my fault I should have disclosed that. Btw it’s possible. I went 8 months straight whitout one I one of those years.
