Highway theme

Recreation of the 1988 Highway opening theme tune. I created this in Cubase in mid 2020, finishing it off in January 2021 and used the HALion Sonic SE, Monologue, Retrologue, Groove Agent One, KORG Collection M1 V2, TAL-U-No-62, AlanViSTa Hand Crash and Pianoteq VST instruments for the sounds. The theme was composed by Rod Thompson. This version (based on the opening titles of the Bognor Regis episode Tx 24/04/88 on ITV) was created by Oliver Sacker.

@@OliverSacker Further to my earlier comment, your standards are consistently very high, but this may be the least slightly imperfect of your work that I've heard - and what really can perfection be when the original only ever had 1980s analogue fidelity in the first place?

Always excellent work in your recreations, but this one is particularly spot on. The Highway theme tune stirs up some very happy memories for me, so I'd find anything short of perfect to be very noticeable. 0:05, I'm convinced that the real version in the show's intro was a rough edit. So it's very impressive that you've recreated that sound precisely.
