I personally been using the Wooting 60HE for gaming (with custom demon slayer Zinitsu Keycaps) & the COSTOM XVX M84 75% Coral Theme for editing/general purposes. i love the combo but this keyboard seems like a great pick! thank you for the detailed review! loving the videos! keep them coming!

Bruh I need to see these key caps! I love DS! I really like this keyboard for people who are a fan of the the brand or collabs or want a custom feel without having to customize the board. It’s nice you can easily mod this as well if you grow out of it. Thank you so much! I appreciate it 🙏🏻

how is the quality of the case itself compared to the first board they put out?

Literally night and day difference. The case feels much better now. Like it feels thicker and more quality compared to the previous 100 T x Higround board

For $130, it's just okay. I don't want to harp on it too bad, as there are other custom aspects of the board that justify the price a little bit, and I'm someone who spends extra on things to look nice. I get it. But I think it's comparable to no-name brand boards in the $60-80 range. It's just eh. With a few mods it could be decent. Great video though!

I feel like a lot of people compare this to the RK67 Kludge which, when you mod it, is a beast of a keyboard but, stock it doesn’t compare. Genuinely asking because I know a little about keebs, what board stock would be comparable that’s under its price point?

@@IAmBPala Yeah definitely comparable to some of the cheaper RK's, Keychrons, Epomaker, some of the first round GMMK's, etc. It's difficult to list devices that are comparable to the Highground at the $150, because all the pre builts that I think of in that range are significantly better IMO. Nuphy Halo65, Das Keyboard 4, Logitech G915, Vortex race 3 just to name a few.

@@IAmBPala It's an awesome hobby. Beware of the elitist and gatekeepers XD I try not to get too caught up in hate trains, highground just had a rocky start like you said and they have a little ways to go to restore some of that reputation. Enjoy dude!
