It's kinda sad that most people only watched the og's season one instead of season two...which caused a lot of locals to think that Higurashi is only full of crazy people and gore when it's much more than that...When I saw the comment section of Higurashi gou trailer all of the comments there just proved of how little they know of the anime/vn damn.

Do we even understand the characters thoughts or do you just watch for entertainment? I watched Higurashi years ago and with time I realized that people don't even pay attention to the moments of the anime anymore. To make it short. These animators were truly geniuses. Since we cant read the characters minds they made sure to find the perfect fitting music. The perfect fitting landscape and flair. The expressions were on point. I don't see why I should continue on writing when you actually don't understand me. I'm just speaking empty words. I may be even crazy to you.

that is a very deep question that i contemplated before but didn't know how to really answer so Pardon me as i try to do so here, with English being my 2nd language first of all The question can go two ways is it the demons that are bothering you? Or the saturated loneliness? idk how to make friends but i will dive more into the demons aspect of the question i personally have yet to fully defeat all my demons , even if i did beat a few, new ones appear. And despite me having friends, i still can't tell them about ALL my demons, whether i need advice or just to vent. Depends on which friend and which demon, even if i am with the closest of my friends i wouldn't want to bring them down since i can complain forever about a lot of things that bother me heavily, so part of it is that i am a negative person but while with others i try to be better(i hate being the one to bring the mood down, BUT if the time is right with the right person i will sometimes ask for advice/vent). Lastly, in life and in general, just hyper-focusing on just the bad will do no good, you can acknowledge it, recognise it, and then see how you can resolve it little by little (Also the thing about not focused on just the bad really does go over our whole lives and in any specific thing) i know the word "demons" is what we use to describe what we are trying to talk about but try and approach this as if these "demons" inside of us exist for a reason(I don't mean they good, i mean we can learn from them and learing=good) and instead of trying to fight them, think of it as a case of keeping your enemies closer than your friends. i hope i did not sound like we dont need people around us, it does help, but never depend on one thing/person/socializing to be the solution to everything. so still try and find someone who you can have fun with, talk with, and spend time with while being yourself. i do apologize if i did convey a message that is (isolation=good) what i was trying to emphasize is, it is important to feel comfortable in own skin in order for us to be truly ourselves weather we are alone or not you are your own enemy/friend before others come to the equation < 3
