1. squat w medicine ball lift 2. plank 3. donkey kicks 15 secs each leg 4. tricep extensions 5. weighted bridge i did a jog in place (the one where you touch one foot on a ball... like a soccer warm-up) for the 30 secind rest. a nice burn/sweat for a short workout.

I appreciate this timer so much! I come back to this multiple times a week! Although I would love if you guys could make one that’s 30 minutes long, because I always rewind it to the beginning after 10 minutes to get 30 minutes in! But other than that it’s perfect!
