I finished this about a week ago, but I’ve been unsure about posting it because of everything that’s been going on. I never want to take away from the injustice and suffering that’s going on in the world, or for people to think that I don’t care. I do care. But at the same time, I really wanted to post this for pride month because I love this bisexual king. And if I can make someone enjoy something for almost five minutes, then I’ll be happy.
In the meantime, I’ll be educating myself and trying to do what I can for a fairer world, because black lives matter. I can only hope that everyone does the same.

I also think deeply about how this series resonates with the difficult wall of acception people go trough. He's a complicated character who presents himself as a tough guy to the world, but that's not who he is underneath. Only three people have drawn that person out, Merli, Tania, and of course Bruno. It's still a f****** shame that Lozano and Moviestar made the decision that the audience doesn't deserve to see that journey to its conclusion.

He odiado y amado a Pol por igual. Según etapas.. En Merlí me daba mucha pereza, en el spin off bueno.. X fin le vemos sufrir un poco en el amor y le venía bien la hostia, y esforzandose en los estudios porque realmente quiere ser profe de filo. Ha madurado bastante y se nota. Quizás la muerte de Merlí le tocó, como a todos, y le hizo mejor persona sin duda. Y su relación con su padre y como han avanzado y todo... Casi lo que mas me sobra es Bruno y se que brunol es lo que vende pero son muy tóxicos. Aunque sepamos que acaban juntos jejee PRECIOSO VIDEO!!!!!!! No es fácil 4 min de historia de un personaje, es mucho mas difícil que videar parejas.

Te entiendo. Personalmente, me ha gustado mucho la evolución del personaje. En Merlí, aunque me parecía un personaje interesante, sí que tenía cosas que me chirriaban. Pero en sapere aude me ha parecido que hemos visto una faceta muy guai de él y verle por fin pillarse de alguien que no le corresponde ha sido también un poco como ponerle los pies en el suelo y hacerle más humano. Tengo ganas de ver qué hacen con el personaje.

La verdad que el video me emociona tanto como concuerdo con tu comentario, Pol es mi segundo favorito después de haberlo amado y odiado en todas sus facetas, de haberlo visto egoista a un humano débil y atento a sus sentimientos a lo que tanto se negaba. De Sapere Aude solo he visto escenas como en este video pero de todas formas eso no quita que la quiera ver tan pronto como pueda. No tengo palabras, solo no puedo dejar de alabar su progreso personal. Posdata: Sí, siempre apoyaré Brunol, y si eso era tóxico lo era más por Pol que por Bruno (no digo que Bruno no tenga lo malo propio, también me han jodido algunas actitudes heavys pero como era más el sufrido, (en mi opinión- empatizo por ese lado ) y el orgullo de Pol y la negación de si mismo, hacía que se vuelva egoísta e indiferente para con los demás haciendo daño. Como sea eso es lo que se veía en Merli, ese lado confuso y destructivo pero ahora después de leer tanto sobre el progreso de Pol en S.Aude, sé que no mantendría la misma opinión siempre. Me gusta que muestre ese lado humano y sufrido que siempre aparentaba faltarle y evitarle, y lo más importante.. que se acepte tal cómo es; lo cuál tiene mucho sentido en cómo termina merlí 3.

Definitely watch Sapere Aude! Its good too, although you won't see Bruno as much. But you do see him, because, of course, as we know, 7 years down the road, they end up together, so Pol never stops loving Bruno in the meantime, although he has a hard time admitting that he can love and commit to anyone. Ive been waiting for the next season Sapere Aude forever!

Fantastic video and music. Pol starts out as an emotionally blocked jerk, but grows and evolves as the people around him slowly open his mind and heart. When he finally gets to SA, he's ready to accept a big part of himself, and start to live, love, learn, and grow in his new life to become a Merli, to eventually understand both what Bruno means to him, and what he offers.

It's that complexity that made him my favorite character in both series. Massive transformation from the beginning of Merli through MSA, to the 7-year jump at the end of Merli. It was great knowing how Pol and Bruno end up together and marry, but cancelling the third season of Merli Sapere meant we didn’t see how Pol realised Bruno was the love of his life. Very disappointing.

Agreed. That would have been a nice payoff for the audience. It's a pity that the writer simply didn't have the stones to walk into a room with David to cut a deal and keep him in the show to finish the story as intended. Instead we get the train wreck that is the second season and a show canceled before the final act.

Thank you for this video! Can someone tell me where I can watch both Merlin and the new show with English subtitles? I have only seen the first season of Merli on Netflix in the US. I was so disappointed to find that the other seasons of Merli weren't available. Everything about the shows I did see were incredible. I love Bruno and Pol. They are so hot and fascinating. @@mickyflynn635 TV3 is the regional public channel from Catalonia. They aired the series and with a VPN you can watch all the seasons there. That's how I watched them from the US - however, I speak Spanish and Catalan. I don't think TV3 has English subs on their website. The Spin off, Merli Sapere Aude I think I found online on some strange website and I cannot remember if it had English subs.

He obviously has some sort of fetish obssession for Pol. I hate the writer for introducing Brunol only to portray a macho bi and a wishy.washy gay. Yo soy mas de Pol y Tania, es mas natural y no es toxico. No soy Homofoga, pero entre las parejas homosexuales tambien hay parejas toxicas.
