Levy is actually at master level. His ELO is about 2200-2400, he is very strong compared to most people. He also can play blindfolded so he can visualize. But, in a recent video he did confirm his foresight is about 10 moves in the future. Vs (arguably) the second best player in the world now GM Hikaru who draws an entire matrix of 20+ future moves. So all in all I think Levy does understand what he says ... To about 70%.

Your opponent has probably already figured out their response to all the most forcing moves anyway, so if you play one of them they'll flip the clock straight back over to you.

Should have a "simulate" button where the board duplicates itself and you can move both black and white freely while the other copy of the board continues to show all these arrows with numberings of course, to tell which move comes first before the next ones. And a panel showing these simulated move annotations, and you can share them with everybody else, and they can take their time analyzing the strategy by clicking any of the simulated nth moves afterwards. If you had another idea for new moves, just click "simulate" button again and another copy of the "free to move black and white chess pieces" board appears, the previous still exist and we have option to delete it, or maybe not if still want to let others continue analyzing that previous board.
