Lol at 5:28 you can pinpoint the exact moment his heart rips in half. If you go frame by frame it's so funny. Vishy's hand hovers over the black pawn, Garry's eyebrows raise, then you see him glance back to white's queen and his eyes just bulge out of his head lol. You can tell Vishy was thinking about whether or not it was a good move while his hand was hovering over the pawn, and I think Garry's face helps convince him, because shortly after Garry's eyes pop out of his skull Vishy snatches the pawn and moves his queen so quickly lol

He looked like right after the blunder that he just wanted to knock down all the game pieces and flip the board and freaking quit. I would.

Daniel King once said Kasparov would make a terrible Poker player. But entertaining to see Garry show some emotion, he always wore his heart on his sleeve.

Thats crazy that kasparov freaked out but didn't say anything. there was no "OH NO I F'ed up!" or anything like that.

Remember TV people the most important thing is to hardly ever show what is going on at the board because everyone can visualise the moves like they are following on radio or they have a chess board with them.

I wonder if Anand deliberately hovered his hand over the pawn for a second to see Kasparov's reaction. By the time Kasparov's eyes went wide Anand technically had not done anything yet, but Kasparov very clearly showed him that he had overlooked this move, so then Anand could play it safely.

Guess' everyone can relate to this, lol! Like, yeah a lot of people think it "seems" unheard of for a master player to make a mistake like that, but there always seems to be a few cases of this sort of thing happening in their careers. Garry's expression to the move encompassed everyone's too. XD Those times when you play something and just know right after the move that a mistake was made is both baffling and infuriating. There's just so much to keep track of on a board that mistakes just happen at times.
