You could ban Americans who support the afghan or who supported the Iraq war, ofcourse it would have to be a concurrent ban. Supporting an illegitimate war, which is what Karjakin is doing, he isn't just joking, but legitimately supporting the politics of Putin and Russia, is disgusting and as long as you have an ethics code like fide does, it is right to ban such a player.

What Karjakin said is understandable, he got many support from the gov too.
