Hike the Continental Divide Trail: Breckenridge to Silverthorne

Join me as I hike the Continental Divide Trail!
In this video, I attempt to trek from Breckenridge to Grand Lake, but I ran into some challenges while ascending Grays Peak-the highest point on the CDT. To regroup and resupply, I took a detour into Silverthorne.
One of the toughest parts of hiking solo is not having someone to discuss risks with when in tricky situations. Over these past few days, I may have been overly cautious, but when you’re alone, sometimes that’s the best choice.
