Baton 3 Pro uses an 18650 battery instead of a 21700 like the Baton 3 Pro Max. The Baton 3 Pro is also smaller and has a more focused beam than the Baton 3 Pro Max

Dont leave it on turbo for long. Ull burn the crap out of urself. I burned myself leaving mine on turbo for only a few mins.
