Female reporter is nuts for saying birthright is the norm in 30 countries without naming the countries. In Europe, almost all countries require at least one parent (sometimes both) to be a citizen or permanent legal resident for birthright to be given. Some European countries (Germany) have also adopted a total time of presence requirement for those who are not citizens/legal residents as a result of the huge influx of migrants in recent years. For WA AG, Nick Brown, does he think birthright is actually not being abused and that it's OK for thousands of Chinese women to fly into SoCal each year, squeeze out a kid, get the kid's golden ticket citizenship, and then go back to China? Some of these AG's have their heads way, way, way up their own poopchutes.

Um I give no “judge” credibility in the Pacific Northwest when years ago in OR…a “Judge”…on the bench during a pedofile case where a man I knew.. my best friends husband .. who had been ra&ping children since h being a teen .. he was then 53..2 professionals on stand saying he cannot be cured will always attack children.. many of his own family members who were attacked over decades came forward…4 step granddaughters from the time they were 3…his defense from his own mouth…”They wanted it”…a 9 year old on the stand giving details…THE “JUDGE” RELEASED HIM WITH TIME SERVED a few months..AND 5 YEARS PROBATION…last I heard he was living in Vegas NV ..with a woman with 2 kids..apparently anything goes in that part of the country 🤮

Clarify the 14th amendment. The baby's mothers’ current citizenship determines the baby’s citizenship. If the mother entered the USA legally (with H1B visa, green-card, legal migrant card, etc.) then that legal designation applies to the baby, too. If a mother enters US with only a tourist visa and the baby is born here, then the baby is only a “tourist” when born in a US hospital and goes back home to the mother’s home country after her tourist visa expires. If mom and baby stay in US after visa expires or pregnant mom entered US illegally, then baby and mom are both illegally here and should be deported. Why is that simple concept so difficult for West Coast AGs and judges to understand?

If birthright citizenship is used deceptively to foster illegality in America and is therefore contrary to the jurisdictions set forth by the law , that should be considered illegal . Birthright citizenship should be for those who are legally domiciled in America , not in other countries. If a child is delivered in America but by parents who are illegal aliens being a citizen of another country , that child is an illegal based on the citizenship of the parents which hails from another country. if I'm a temporary worker in Spain and I delivered my baby in Spain, it should'nt be a Spanish citizen, because me or my husband are not Spanish citizens. This birthright citizenship is pure abuse of the law and is wrong.

I came to USA illegally as political asylum .Birth right should be if the baby was consumed in USA and not else where and come to USA to give birth to their baby illegally way . If illegally ,announce your self and then if the baby is born after 9 Moons, auto Citizen ...I came illegally and I reported my self to emigration and I did not fear that I will be deported even though I came Illegally. Now with this said ,They can claim after the baby is born that I(WE) been here longer then 9 Moons ,it is a no no.
