I loved the fields of wildflowers that we saw al through this day. We were lucky to just catch the edge of the storm on the way up the pass. Challenging and so much fun.

Yeah, I have seen several videos of folks riding the Colorado trail on bikes. That would be an epic trip for me! Those views seem to be coming at a price, dude! You were singing the song of my people, as you struggled up that pass. You know, the "Huffin' & Puffin' Song"! 🤣

You guys are hitting one of the better areas on the CT. Maybe next time you can tackle the Collegiate Loop. Just a note for next time you come out here, if you're above 10K, you don't have to worry about bears or mountain lions. They don't go that high in search of food. You'll still have little critters trying to scarf your chow, just not the big ones.
