This was my first time in the Himalayas and in the country of Nepal. Most of the time, we were just hiking with our backpack on our backs. It's kind of a meditation to me, to wander across beautiful landscapes, breathe the fresh mountain air, hear the sounds of the wind and birds and the only matter is to get to your daily aim.
To hike in the Himalayas is quite a tough story with altitudes reaching over 5000m above sea level. Especially the 3 passes trek is quite demanding, it is at the same time quite rewarding tough. For me, it is a must to see this high mountains and to stand in the foots of the highest mountains of the world. What an incredible feeling!
With this video I provide you with some informations if you want to do this trek too (which I highly recommend) and what difficulties are going to await you. But don't be afraid, every suffer, comes with high rewards!
