Very few people compared to the Tour du Mont Blanc. I like the idea of starting with the Karwendel Mountains as a practice for the TMB. That was quite a challenge!...Thank you so much for sharing your travels!...

What a fantastic video, as always! I absolutely loved it. Sending all my appreciation to Alette-I know how daunting the fear of heights can be. Yet, you've captured such breathtaking moments! Your hike ideas are always brilliant, and I'm grateful for your sharing. Please, keep doing what you're doing-it's truly inspiring! I would like to ask, during which month were you there? Is it necessary to prebook your night in the huts, or is it okay to book when you arrive? Do you recommend this hiking route to someone who is hiking alone but is afraid of heights?

Hi! thank you so much for these kind words! We were there in august and booked the huts the week before, just to be sure. This area is not too crowded, but best to check how many beds there are still available the week before you leave for example. There is a small section of about 20 meters which is a bit exposed but really nothing to be afraid off. We recommend bringing trekking poles to help make you more secure. The spot is also close to the Lamsenjochhütte, so probably you will find someone who can help you feel more safe there. Hope this helps?
