Hiking Alone in the JAPAN / Mt. Nyu 【白駒の池 / にゅう 】

I have been hiking up to Pond of Shirakoma and Mt Nyu in Nagano, Japan.There is Japan's largest pond at altitudes above 2100 m. The moss forest spreads around the there where a wonderful landescape covered with moss is seen.

同じ時期に唐沢鉱泉から天狗岳、中山峠経由で戻るコースを歩いてきました。このにゅうのコースにしようか最後まで迷いました。 やはり苔の森は綺麗ですよね。高見石小屋名物の揚げパンはどうでしたか。今度、逆回りで歩こうかな。
