Hiking and Wild Camping in the Cairngorms - Scotland

This video features a Solo Hike and Wild Camp in the Cairngorms National Park, Grampian Mountains, Scotland. The journey begins with the ascent of Carn an Tuirc (elevation 1019m). The ascent to the top is greeted with fog, poor visibility, and strong wind, affecting navigation to the original planned destination. The decision is made to retreat and explore Carn Dubh (elevation 822m) below the cloud line, before descending and pitching the tent next to the river. Come along for the journey. Spot on Craig, Cairngorms are a tough challenge, though I`ve never been, the remoteness, changeable weather and terrain so fair play. A wise man knows when to change his plans as getting lost in a whiteout is not enjoyable, foolishly I`ve been there when I was younger and got lucky and found my way. Keep em coming, chin chin

Loved this trip, mate. Im hoping to go make a video in Scotland this autumn, such a beautiful place. Take it with a pinch of salt but i dont think the fade to black transitions are really needed for this type of video. Im still getting the hang of making content and editing so disregard if you like 😅
