Yes. It was a good video. I watched the beginning . Then skipped forward a bit. To the camping. I have been to that area many tines from my long term home in Plymouth. An interesting choice of camp sites there. Well done for pushing further upstream than I have ever been. My father and I explored that area a few years back. Foggin Tor was memorable and King Tor. I have only once camped on Dartmoor that I can remember. I usually head to the beach. But at the moment. I am interested in Wild Camping and Dartmoor . Particularly after hearing about legal Wild Camping. Actually thinking about it. I have camped on Dartmoor twice. The 2nd time. I was mentally very low. Luckily the adventure picked me up. I remember sleeping under a holly bush . By a river with very little equipment. Just a bottle of vodka actually. How lovely to have a companion to camp with. Fresh out of school, I had companions, but I am older now. And have only a few friends in real life. I kind of feel. I have to keep Wild Camping plans . A bit secret. I was thinking that taking a small radio along might be a good source of entertainment. Maybe some books for writing in. The problem is going to be batteries in mobile phones. Which are going to keep running out. I guess.

Slowly going through the archive of videos on the channel. Prefer if they were 30/40min max and have two parts (would get you more content!). but their awesome to watch man. Hope you hit 10k soon.
@SummitOrNothing4 жыл бұрын
Thanks very much - I do try to keep all new episodes below 30 min mark, but back when we started the videos were originally spilt into several 5 - 10 minute episodes, and then uploaded a month or so later as the full version - I have since deleted all the smaller parts and left the full versions! Some do feel a little long, and I have been slowly going through them doing a kind of directors cut version... well, I was during lockdown. In fact this very episode is the one I am currently working on... I say currently, I started it about four weeks ago and haven't done much to it since lol. Thanks for watching, glad that you enjoy the vids! Cheers!

I think training is key Trev in hiking well. Some good squats, lunges and running. Can't shock the system as you both muted there. You two are great hiking buddy's...a good vibe all the time. It's that groovy thing I reckon - the rhythm amid amazing country and trails! The water bladder? Go with platypus - a simple solution. I had one of them other bladders and I don't use it now. Tastes shit. Ben Nevis - go for it. Wanna see that. Listen to the moor......fantastic outing. Mark.

Yeah, i have started a bit of a routine at home now in between walks, but tbh its my lungs that go first - too many fags in the past. Nath and myself both get on well, and even when we sometimes do get a bit tetchy with each other as the day wears on we still remain in good humour. Thanks for watching, Mark.!

What do they say Trev? 'Use it or loose it.' My lubgs weren't good for years. Paul and I smoked everything under the sun for many years and paid the price. I haven't smoked for 4 years now but I still get tight chested and Paul suffered with his breathing also but still managed to trail run even a day before he died. So keep at it bro and get strong. Relationships? Hot and cold sometimes but mostly warm hopefully. All the best for week. Mark.

A long video, which I am sure I have watched before but still an enjoyable one. I had to laugh at the video start when your headless body was taking to the camera. For years, whenever the missus took a photo of me, there were always major body parts missing, I used to have a complex I had some horedious disfigurement, I was not aware of! That mist came down quick mind and an early night in the tent must have been a mare, especially with all that gas flying about lol! I also had to lol at the comment, so looks like an early night....... Errr, you seen Brokeback Mountain then?..........That would have been me off, running through the mist, screaming for the missus lol! Great watch, cheers Alan
