We were extremely lucky with the weather for once, well, I say extremely, it still greyed over and rained in places, and this one day of grey did fall in between weeks of endless sunshine. Great video guys. If you can't laugh at yourself who can you laugh at? I use a cheap tarp but never used it with poles always been strung from trees etc. Really like the look of the DD tarps, although I'd probably struggle with the poles too! Keep up the great work guys. TFS ATB Andy

Good job Trev!! First time with a tarp was a learning experience for me but getting the pole locks tight enough makes all the difference... 😬 lol. Quite fun to watch you though... 👍😃👍. I love camping just hate lugging around all the gear... Just can't seem to shrink it down... 😒 I don't have the patience for fishing... Maybe if you could use grenades.... 😁... that would be fun. Brilliant...and I for one enjoyed it! I've never asked anyone this so I might as well ask you. People buy a tarp and then spend time configuring it like a floor-less tent? Why? Wouldn't it be easier to buy the outer only of a twin skin tent like a Luxe Sil HexPeak V4A). What bivi bags do you use? Did Trev find any ticks? A packing video would be good.

Ken Henley possibly would be, Ken. Would be interesting to see the weight comparison between tarp and outer skin too. Will possibly look into this. Carrying a big camera and camera case always did my head in, so now just carry my smartphone for all my photos, OK not as impressive as a posh camera but I am not a pro. Playing catch up on your latest vids because i have been out on so many lovely, hot , sunny, blue skied Wild Camps lads....you know the opposite to what yo have lol. Boy dont you two have some 'domestics' hope you have made up now? Used the exact shelter some three years ago in a major thunderstorm, took the wind but when the rain swirls you get soaked, yes you can close the doors but you have to go out to un peg the cord plus the doors dont close completey. The reson i went back to a tent is ....midges...they love Wild Campers under tarps. Hey and that was no Dartmoor...it was your local park, i saw some people walking their dogs several times...we aint stupid guys! By the way dont worry about hedgehogs or ticks , its the HONEY BADGERS you have to look out for ha ha ha. Atb Bill.

K9 Outdoors We were quite close to a car park do yeah, dog walkers about. We keep walking these massive circular walks with all our crap in our backs only to camp near the bloody car in the end lol. We still have our tents so it will be a case of seeing what the weather calls for. Doubt I will tarp all the time, but boy does it save some weight. Thanks for watching.

If the weather gets bad I think its a case of just pulling the bivvy over your head and hunkering down haha. It sounds like a lot of people want to see tohe fishing trip, so may have to. I never eat fish, thats the only snag, but may be worth trying it again I guess. Thanks for watching!
