Grew up in 1000 oaks we used to be able to swim there jump off the cliffs in to the water as well as slide down the falls back when this country was free and not controlled. The parks district absolutely ruined it

Yes their is a porta potty by the parking lot and one restroom 1/4 of a mile after the falls by the picnic area. It’s on the video after the duckies
