Felt like walking along with you and my heart rate also increased at times and you know what “my face was also red” after climbing up that steep slope 🧚♀️

Nice video Tammy...I loved the turkeys and the deer...missed the boys, but I know its not easy to take them always...if your hiking alone I hope there was cell phone coverage in the area in case of accidents...just concerned for your safety, anywhoo! it was nice to see you enjoying yourself.

When I’m in new areas, I usually don’t take them until I know the full terrain is safe for them to roam. This area has soooo many wild animals, that I wouldn’t want them there. They’d spook them all. And probably take off running after them causing me to loose them for too long. 🤪 Cell coverage was spotty for parts. But overall not terrible! 👍🏼

I would kid to hike this trail. It did not look that hard but the camera does flatten thing out.

I have exercise induced asthma, so any hills make things harder for me to breathe. And this one had lots of hills! But I always love the challenge!

@@Tammy_Bashore Sorry to hear that. Glad you can still get out.

I've got asthma 2 & it sucks. Try taking a little raw honey before physical exertion. It really seems to the help my symptoms when I can remember to do it. Try it out if you haven't already? It can't hurt.
@Tammy_Bashore3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the tip! I’ll try that. Usually I drink coffee or soda. Something with. Caffeine usually helps me too!
@65FullMoon833 жыл бұрын
@@Tammy_Bashore Yep, same here, caffeine always seems to help. A teaspoon or tablespoon of pure raw honey is even better imho.

Before you got your GSP’s did you ever consider any other pointing breeds?
@Tammy_Bashore3 жыл бұрын
Not really. Although my husband wants the next one to be a wirehair. So we shall see!
@garyjorgenson86683 жыл бұрын
@@Tammy_Bashore I was looking at some Italian pointing breeds like the Spinoni and Bracco . But once I saw the GSP’s there was no doubt in my mind they were the breed for me.

I felt like I was the only one with exercise induced asthma…way to get out there. My GSP wouldn’t have let me out there without her lol.

It does feel like I’m the only one at times too!! And shhh 🤫 don’t tell my GSPs. I told them I had “errands” to run and would be “right back”. Oops!

I had been living in the beautiful state of Utah and moved to Central Arkansas 3 years ago . The heat and humidity here is BRUTAL. There are so many beautiful trails to hike but I have to do them in the fall and winter. My GSP , Max and I enjoy that time of the year.
