I hope they build a rail-trail on the old P&LE line. At least it won't be parceled off and if railbanked, it could be put back into service .

I know it'd been discussed and that parts of trackage in that area have been converted. Not sure ifnits a funding issue or something else though.

Incredible tour! I would like to go for a hike like that myself. I noticed the comment you made about an old hornets nest, and I agree with you about that. It would be quite unfortunate to run across that in the woods.

Thank you; I'm really glad you enjoyed it! I'm hoping to make more like this in the future. And you're nit kidding about that hornets nest!

@epiccsx So you are okay with trespassing on railroad property? Until you have sat in either the conductors seat or the engineers seat and witnessed someone getting struck by a train. Best thing to do is stay away from walking along the tracks. Don’t be a statistic of a fatality just because you seen this video. If I could erase ever fatality in my 35 years, life would be much better.

@@gatorgator3942 I understand exactly what you are pointing out, and I feel sorry for those who have had to experience that. However, this isn't associated with getting hit by trains. It's not me encouraging some people riding an ATV or dirt bike on the tracks while not paying attention to surroundings. It's a scenic hike in the woods.
